Re-learning Trust after Trauma



When it feels like someone or something has taken our power away, when we’ve experienced a shocking loss or devastating accident – when we’ve been traumatized in any way at all – trust is one of the first things to go.


How can we ever trust another person, place or thing to not harm us again, after we’ve experienced such pain? This can feel like an impossible question to answer and I get it. I really do.


No, I’m not a Therapist, but I do have plenty of life experience in the trauma category.
