Hi, I'm Eryl!
I know how exhausting it feels to promise yourself you’ll drink less… and break that promise over and over and over again. I’ve been there, too.
I’m a psychotherapist and yoga teacher who’s walked the hard road of questioning alcohol and choosing sobriety. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, ashamed, and afraid that nothing will ever change. And I also know the freedom, clarity, and joy that’s waiting on the other side when you finally let alcohol go.
In my work, I’ve supported dozens of women to break free from drinking and reconnect with their authentic selves. My approach weaves together mindfulness, somatic therapy, neuroscience, psychology, and spirituality—so you can heal on every level: body, mind, and spirit.
Through my 12-week program, I’ll help you dissolve the blocks that keep you stuck, so you can step fully into your truth, purpose, and joy. You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here to walk beside you.
Program Overview

Week 1: Building a Foundation
Cultivate presence. Set your intentions. Connect with your sober sisters. This week we’ll practice grounding tools and get to know each other as we step into the weeks ahead.

Week 2: Clarity on Core Values
Get clear about what you have to gain and lose by continuing to drink. Identify your core values and see where you're misaligned and how you can re-align.

Week 4: Coping Adaptively
Learn about and then practice new, helpful alternatives for coping with challenging emotions and experiences, without alcohol. We'll lean on somatic and mindfulness-based tools.

Week 5: Mending Relationships
Drinking impacts our ability to consistently be who we want to be in our relationships. It's time to reflect on how we show up and who we may need to make amends to (optional).

Week 7: Manifesting Your Dreams
What could your life look and feel like if you let go of alcohol? We'll get clear about your visions and take steps towards making them come to life.

Week 8: Cultivating Gratitude
Gratitude is the single most powerful tool we have to shift our moods and mindsets. We'll create daily rituals to harness this superpower and shift into a more joyful state.

Week 10: Preventing Relapse
Relapse is a common part of the recovery journey, but it doesn't have to be part of yours. We'll look into the future and map out some potential triggers for drinking and plans for avoiding it.

Week 11: Unlocking Your Potential
Alcohol numbs our superpowers. Our ability to create meaningful change in our lives, feel joy, and a deep connection to our bodies. We'll reconnect with the fire within through some breathwork and movement.

Week 3: Identifying Triggers
Clearly identify your drinking triggers (the who, what, when, where, why) and the role alcohol has played in regulating your emotions.

Week 6: Inner Child Psychoeducation + Healing
It's time to remember who we were before the world told us who we should be. That little girl inside of you is craving attention and care. Let's give it to her.

Week 9: Setting Boundaries
This is a vital week for the recovering people-pleasers and codependents among us (hi!) Learn how to say "no" like you mean it, and protect your time, energy, and mental heath with clearer boundaries.

Week 12: Celebrating Your Journey!!!
This is the time to celebrate how far we've come and reflect on what we've learned along the way, wherever we've ended up. We'll come together one last time to laugh, play, and move!
