Why It’s So Hard to do What’s Good for Us


"I’m right there with you. I struggle to make it to that yoga class. To meditate. To eat whole foods. To get enough sleep. To read that empowering book. To floss every night. To drink all the water. To count my blessings.


I make space in my calendar to do what feels good – you know, the “healthy” stuff, but when the time comes I’d often rather shovel dog sh*t than actually do the damn thing. And I know I’m not alone."
