I believe honesty is the best policy, especially when it comes to helping others. I've faced mental health challenges since childhood and have built resilience along the way. Mindfulness has been the key for me when coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and everyday stress. From parental loss to career crises and everything in between - I've seen it all and I'm living proof that you can get through anything with the right supports in place.
