Mindfulness is the single most powerful tool I have in my toolkit for supporting my mind health. Yoga and meditation have helped me to heal, grow and in turn, help others through challenging times. I've been through anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders and grief. I'm resilient and at peace today largely because of my mindful practices.
I have a background in broadcast journalism, spending time on-air as a TV News Reporter and Radio Journalist. This means I'm an excellent public speaker with a passion for communication.
