I've experienced anxiety, depression, PTSD, an eating disorder and grief. I'm resilient and at peace today largely because of my mindfulness practices.
I have a background in broadcast journalism, spending time on-air as a TV News Reporter and Radio Journalist. This means I'm an excellent public speaker with a passion for communication. What I want to talk about now is how we can support more schools, communities and companies with mindfulness tools.
I'm also the Co-Founder of Body Love Babes, a body image and mental health company that leads mindful and intuitive workshops to get you feeling good in your own skin.
