I've been through anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders and grief. I'm resilient and at peace today largely because of my mindfulness practices.
I have a background in broadcast journalism, spending time on-air as a TV News Reporter and Radio Journalist. This means I'm an excellent public speaker with a passion for communication. What I want to talk about now is how we can support more schools, communities and companies with mindfulness tools.
